With over two decades of experience across government and industry, Lih Shiun Goh brings deep strategic insight, policy expertise, and systems thinking to help companies navigate the evolving dynamics of Asia-Pacific’s digital landscape. Prior to leading ATA, he directed regional public affairs for major global technology companies, where he engaged governments, policymakers, and civil society to advance innovation and strengthen digital ecosystems across Asia-Pacific. His portfolio spans content regulation, data protection, inclusive growth, digital wellness, and technology policy, alongside leading global policy strategy and operations to drive alignment and operational excellence across international teams.
Natasha Gašparič-Gray
Public Affairs Director
Natasha Gray is a public affairs leader with extensive experience helping organisations navigate complex policy environments and bring emerging technologies to market responsibly. With a background spanning international communications, policy advocacy, and coalition building, she has led efforts to strengthen industry collaboration, drive technology adoption, and manage issues at the intersection of innovation and governance. At the Asia Tech Alliance, she oversees public affairs and strategic communications, supporting the association’s mission to foster an enabling environment for digital innovation and sustainable growth across the region.
Anuthida Saelaow
Policy Manager
Anuthida (Anu) brings extensive experience in policy research, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement across the technology, sustainability, and government sectors. At the Asia Tech Alliance, she supports the association’s mission to advance an enabling environment for digital innovation and responsible technology development across Asia, drawing on her background in policy communications and regional analysis. She began her career at the ASEAN Studies Centre at ISEAS–Yusof Ishak Institute and has since contributed to initiatives spanning policy advocacy, market intelligence, and research on Southeast Asia’s evolving political and socio-economic landscape.

Communications Manager
Sharon is a communications strategist with over a decade of experience shaping narratives and campaigns that drive understanding and impact across Asia’s technology and policy landscape. At the Asia Tech Alliance, she supports efforts to foster dialogue and collaboration between industry, policymakers, and the public through clear, insight-driven communications. Her expertise spans strategic and corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and content strategy, underpinned by a passion for translating complex ideas into accessible and compelling stories.
